Rather than addressing the questions I had on my policy, and multiple cancellation requests, Mr. Adams' tone was dismissive to my questions & requests, and he immediately took a confrontational approach. • The conversation was mentally draining, and Mr. Adams' phone call created an uncomfortable and unprofessional dynamic. I would never go through the company he’s contracted under again. I simply wanted straightforward answers and eventually to cancel my policy efficiently once things became too vague and confusing. I was met with blame, resistance, and a complete lack of professionalism. I regret using this agent to secure my insurance and strongly advise others to seek alternatives
