Repairman came one day, ran the eel through the tub waste and overflow, and removed the tub shoe. He told me that he had the replacement shoe at the shop. He told me he would be back around 2PM. He didn't return, leaving the tub inoperable. I called the office the following morning. I was told that he was coming back that morning. He brought back the replacement shoe and installed it in ten minutes. I was handed a bill for $215! I called the office to complain about the overcharge for labor time. To their credit, I was told to just pay what I want. They wouldn't give me a precise, reasonable amount, so I paid the $215. I have used their service a few times before, but was very unhappy with the overcharge this time. I will not use them again and will discourage others from doing so.
