Description of Work: I have an above ground pool and could get NO ONE to help me with my pump/filter system. I contacted 8-10 different companies and all refused to come or even offer anyone that could help me. Jason responded immediately and even though he doesn't normally work on above ground pools, he offered to come look at it for me to see if he could help.... AND he did. He changed my filter out and gave me advice on how I could improve the system. He was here for over 30 minutes... broke a sweat.. helped me out and didn't charge a dime. WOW !!! I am amazed and thrilled with his professionalism and service! Highly recommend Jason and will call him again if I ever need advice. Thanks, Jason !!

+ -1 moreCalled to have the switch replaced on the hot tub. Jason came out when promised, quickly and expeditiously did the repair, and performed a complimentary cleaning as well. He has now been retained as my regular pool service technician, and his work continues to impress.
Description of Work: Jason repaired the switch on the hot tub. I was so impressed with the service and professionalism, that I hired him as my regular pool service, and have not been disappointed.

+ -1 moreMy experience was awesome my pool was a mess at the start so I set up a time with Jason to drain and acid wash my pool while I was at work. When I came home my pool looked amazing and was filling up. After pool was full Jason came back and did the chemicals which we found out that the filters were bad which I had him replaced he ordered them and came back replaced them. We set up a time so he could vac the pool and check chem again when he came back he fixed and worked on a broken pool clock and found a leak that I had and fixed that and managed the chems one last time. I will be calling this company anytime I have an issue or question about my pool.
Description of Work: Had my pool drained and acid washed then chemicals added after full then a look over of my system with replacement of my filters and resolves to other little issues and got answers to the questions I had

+ -1 moreJason is extremely knowledgeable on every phase of pool maintenance and repair. He is very dependable and always has time to explain what he is doing. Using his services, all we have to do is enjoy the pool - he takes care of all required service and maintenance. He has also done some minor repairs and his charges for those repairs have been very reasonable. The house we bought was a foreclosure and the pool had been sitting for 2 years and we had no idea it could even be salvaged. Using Jason, the pool now looks fabulous and you would never guess how bad it looked when we bought the house. I can't say enough good things about him.
Description of Work: This week's portion of the monthly pool maintenance was performed. As usual, Jason arrived on schedule, and performed his usual complete service including testing the chemical levels, vacuuming, skimming, scrubbing, etc. I have seen what other pool services do on their weekly service and Jason does a much more comprehensive service. I feel I get more than my money's worth. The price of $75.00 for a month of weekly services is very competitive for this area.
