Took pool cleaner in to be repaired. They replaced parts and charged for their service each time. After three returns the cleaner still did not work properly. Staff referred my complaint to the owner of this store. Owner was rude. He evaluated the problem without finding out what was said or done by the service staff. End result: No resolution.
