Good job initially. Developed two large cracks two weeks after installation. Would not come back and repair the cracks after notification. Had to hire someone else to repair his work. Will never use or recommend again.

Looked great upon completion. Phil was a nice guy. Notified him that three (two of them over 2 feet long) grout cracks developed after three weeks, but he never came and corrected the cracks. That ruined the whole experience.
