Peter's Water Treatment & Irrigation

I had Peter's Water Treatment & Irrigation install a new Irrigation system a few years ago. I recently had some landscaping done and needed some sprinkler heads relocated and some added. During the process it was discovered that I had a damaged line. SO that brought everything to a hard stop. I was re-scheduled several times (this is literal) Several times and each time I get canceled on the day they are suppose to do the work. They keep telling me how busy they are. I get that. But it has been 2 months. That is just unexpectable. I believe I have been patient enough and decided to go another way.

AWESOME COMPANY AMAZING PEOPLE WOULD DEFINITLY HIRE AGAIN

This company is super unprofessional!!!! Don’t waste your time with them! They don’t show up to their scheduled appointments on time or call you to let you know anything! They had the nerve to come when they pleased because we paid in full so that they can finish early. But instead they would come every week or two just to not have the appropriate tools to finish the job, or they would be sick or be missing for another excuse on top of another excuse! And Debby is super rude and I can tell she doesn’t like her job and isn’t helpful at all! She has an attitude just because as a customer who has fully paid for everything is not getting the information she deserves on why these workers aren’t doing their job correctly or showing up on time! These people show up, smoke many cigarettes then get tired and leave without barely doing anything! On top of that our grass was 75% dead by the time they finished the job! We been waiting for them to finish since the ending of February and they didn’t finish till beginning of APRIL!!!!!!! Can you imagine how your grass would look after more than a MONTH of no water?!?!?! Terrible!!! I’m not even sure if they did the job correctly because our sprinklers still aren’t turning on! I will be reporting this company now seeing how bad their reviews and service is!

It went badly.  We originally had an appointment with Brian on July 8, 2015 to come to our house to hear about this company.  He never showed nor did he call to tell us he was not coming.  Then out of the blue three months later, Fabian called and after a little discussion we determined that it was this company and after some assurance that we would not be stood up again we decided on October 30 to try again.  BIG MISTAKE.  Brian was supposed to show up between 4pm and 4:30.  He did not show up.  At 4:45, Fabian called to say he could not get through the gate.  We told Fabian to have Brian call us.  She said she would and would call right back.  We have a guarded gate (which we have never had an issue getting people through).  There was no call from the guard or Brian or Fabian.  I called Fabian's number at 5pm -- no answer.  I did not leave a message.
On Sat, Fabian called and did not know who she was speaking to, saying she was returning my call.  When she discovered who I was, she got very defensive and said that she reported the issue to management and after that "she could NOT call me back"
I called the company and left a message with Peter's assistant on Monday.  Peter was not in and I gave his assistant a brief summary of what happened and if I did not hear from him I would file with the BBB.  I did so Tues PM since I had not heard from him in over 1 business day.  Conveniently, he called Weds morning.  He told me he was out of town.  That his assistant (he actually put her on the phone) called and left me a message (I had no voice mail).  I explained to him the sequence of events.  He gave me a series of excuses.  He told me his company has been in business for over 30 years and has a great reputation.  That he likes the door to door sales approach.  When I said that a call from Brian could have resolved the issue with us, he said Brian tried to call.  It is interesting that the only times my phone and gate have NOT worked is when his people have tried to call me or use my gate.
While Peter talked to me professionally, his attitude was he was right and he made excuses for his people.  His people did not apologize for their behavior.  He did not apologize for their behavior.  He did apologize for the circumstances, but he was not going to do anything to correct them from happening in the future.  He stated a few times that his people get stood up 70% of the time.  I guess in his mind that is what justifies this behavior.  I don't think it does.

They were very friendly and professional. He explained everything about it even before he put it in. After he installed it he went over things to make sure we were happy and to check to see if we had any more questions. We would use them again for work in the future when needed. Putting the filter in has actually saved us money on what we used to spend for bottled water.
