Pelican Pools

As a new owner of an existing pool I had many questions. Damon from Pelican was extremely knowledgeable and not only clearly answered my questions, but he was able to help me set up my pool’s valve lineup such that the pump and system were working so much safer and more efficient.

Pelican pools went to my house and evaluated my pool situation and opted not to do work on it because it may damage the type of pool I have. Instead they called me and gave me so much advice on what I need to do. Such a nice and honest thing for a company to do and didnâ t even charge me. Highly recommend!!

Arrived early for appointment and after discussion of what issues we have with our pool. Damon started work immediately and even setup follow up appointment. Very impressed with the service. Highly recommend.

Our pool guy moved so we had to retain a new service, obtained Pelican pool not even for 2 weeks and cancel their service. Had them finish the month of April just so we could still pay for a month of service and do the right thing (even though not much service was completed) Not only did the guys show up For less than 10 minutes to do a cleaning with no chemicals the pool didn't even look clean they! they also tried to invoice me for May; when they know we canceled their service and have retained someone else.... They tell you that you can zelle payments but they do not know how to use zelle; April payment sat pending for a month until zelle canceled it due to no activity on their end. And as stated before they then send an invoice for April and May ONLY RETAINED FOR APRIL Glad my roommate works from home and cameras show the work being done... All in all I wasn't happy with the service

Great work my pool looks clean and beautiful hire them honest company

My tenants left me with a dark green pool. I called Pelican and Pools and the owner called me back immediately, and came the next day and shocked my pool for me. It was beautiful blue within 10 days. I have only had their service for a month but so far the technician shows up like clockwork and does a great job. I am very happy with the service.

We hired this company to clean our pool. We caught the employee splashing and dashing. He would throw chemicals in and leave. We wondered why there were worms and pine needles in the pool and why we began to get algae and hard white calcium growths in our pool. We actually have a video of him doing just that. We even video his truck which did not even have a vacuum on it! We then proceeded to call demean the owner, to cancel our service. He will not call us back or return our money since we canceled in the middle of the month. I called him 10x and now my husband has stepped in and texted and called several times. I have now been forced to call the office of business professionals in Martin County who I showed everything to. They are now asking me to call the attorney generals office to file a formal complaint. They will basically steal your money and not do the job they were hired for. You can not get them to even call you back! BEWARE, DO NOT HIRE THEM- THEY ARE A SCAM

I have a pebbletec pool and after 14 years, the finish was yellowing. Pelican pools acid washed it and now it looks as good as new.
