This is a good company to deal with. I have read some of the feedback here and some of them are not happy with the time delays of weather. We had a very good result from this company and the people they have left the job site very clean. Metal work was spot on with all necessary areas sealed properly. No issues at all. Install date 2017...did not post until time has elapsed for review of services.

When I signed May 7th they estimated they were 10-12 weeks out. A few days after signing our roof started leaking and they responded in a reasonable amount of time to send someone to put a temporary patch on it. After 12 weeks had passed I contacted them by phone to ask where I was in the queue and they acted very indignantly- telling me I was calling too soon and that it hadn't been 12 weeks yet. It had been over 12 weeks. They said that they would have someone contact me with an estimate for when they would be putting on the new roof. At 16 weeks no one had contacted me- so I went into the office figuring they wouldn't be rude to me to my face. They were not- they were very nice and apologetic but after 21 weeks they had not been in contact with me at all. They took thousands of dollars for a deposit and the only thing I had received was a temporary patch on the roof. When they finally got around to doing the job they worked on the weekends and left me with a phone number to call that went unanswered and had a full voicemailbox so that I could not leave a message. I emailed them and they did not respond to that either. I sent them pictures of the damaged areas and they had the nerve to send me a final invoice to pay before they had responded to my concerns. They roofed over water damage around the chimney, left the gables looking like crap- soffits knocked out of place, and fascia looking like it was cut by a 3 year old. PLEASE look at the attached photos for examples of their "workmanship" before you consider signing a contract with this company! They have assured me that they are going to fix it but I'm not going to hold my breath.

We were backed up due to the 3 months of horrible weather we received here in Florida. We advised you and all our clients it would be delayed due to this.Our contracts are typically 16 weeks out but do to the rain we were delayed. The work that you are outlining with the wood rot, we provided you with a change order since it was work above and beyond your contract that you signed. We finally got a signed order last week and our carpenter is coming to take care of the extra work above and beyond your contract. We pride ourselves in being responsible, reliable and professional. We have never not been honest with you or our clients. I'm glad you excepted our change order so the work can finally commence and provide you with the roof you signed up for. Thank you Team Onshore"

We had a very minor leak after Onshore replaced our roof. After the deluge of springtime rain this year, the minor leak had grown significantly. When my husband had called back in May, the woman explained that they were “slammed” due to the recent weather but that she would have an inspector out as soon as they could manage. My husband waited a month before calling them back to see if we had been lost in the shuffle so to speak. He dealt with a different woman who assured him that she had our information on her desk & that she would get ahold of the inspector & get back to us. My husband has called a couple times since with no better results. I would not recommend anyone use this company as they are unreliable.

Very good. Onshore replaced defective roof shingles efficiently and under warranty, and is helping my Wife and I to pursue a claim with the roof shingle manufacturer. The Company's staff was courteous and genuinely concerned that the problem be fixed properly.

We heard nothing but horror stories about other roofing companies and then we could not find anyone to respond. We received this referral from a friend who just used On Shore and was happy with them. The sales person came out as promised and was very professional and friendly. The in office staff are a pleasure to work with and very responsive. They happily showed us around the yard to pick out tile colors and styles. And finally, the crew was friendly and did their best to keep the perimeter safe and clean. Overall, a very good experience that we were not expecting from a roofer.

They did the roof great, however it took them very long and they put in the wrong skylights. It took 6 months for them to finish. I was disappointed in the time it took, but in the end the quality was ok.

On Shore made a significant effort to complete the job before Christmas. There was a question on my part about some metal shavings that caused rust stains on the patio. The owner came out and had his crew remove the stains although after talking with him I am sure the stains were not caused be any process of the roof replacement. He certainly did not have to take care of this for us but he did. I would and have recommended On Shore any time. The roof looks fantastic and the process from initial inspection, estimate, color and material choices was a pleasure. We have also used On Shore to repair the roof on our rental property in downtown Stuart, again prompt professional service at every turn.

It wasn't really a very pleasant experience at all. The worked got done but not right. It was way longer that it should have. They have created some issues from that day; things from the ceiling and there's still a leak. They weren't that responsive. The price was reasonable. They have done the job in a timely manner and in a professional manner but it's still leaking; not so much of great value.

Craig Hall from OnShore Roofing gave me a very competitive bid in great detail.
Work site was thoroughly cleaned all scrap hauled away by OnShore trucks only.
They started and completed the job as scheduled and for the agreed price.
OnShore has a Carpenter employee on site who repaired/replaced hidden damage, no extra cost to me.
They carry all proper insurance and permits.
New roof saved me good amount on my home insurance an FPL bill.
They use only the best roofing material available along with the best metal craftsmanship.
My house now looks outstanding an my neighbors said it looks like a new house.

Job was started at 8am Monday morning. Crew came in and removed the old asphalt shingles. All the sheathing was then re-nailed to south Florida code. A waterproof underlayment was then placed on the entire roof. The following day the metal crew showed up at 7:30 and started the re-roofing process. By 4pm our new roof was completed. All the workers were polite and very professional. I would absolutly recommend OnShore roofing to anyone needing a roof. Fair price, professional staff and quick.

I requested they let me know when they would be showing up. they did not just showed up and started working. I accidently locked them in because I did not know they were here. I was told a 2 year guarantee on the repair. when it started leaking again (I had already paid some one to repair the ceiling in the kitchen where it leaked ) they did come back out and repair it but would not repair the inside damage. A few months later it started leaking again this time I had to call numerous times, send pictures and file a complaint with the BBB to get them to come back and repair the roof. Again I had to pay some one to do repairs on the ceiling in the kitchen. This is defintly now a contractor I would use again or recommend.

We had an ongoing leak in our roof. We tried and tried to get it fixed. Finally we started getting bids to put new roof on. We called numerous companies and several were no shows. On Shore was not the cheapest or the highest but the timing and quality out weighed the others. We will use them again for other properties.
