Horrible, they lost the ability to install generator after we purchased, they left us hanging We had a hard time getting the shutters at one home to pass inspection. They were unresponsive. It took a year and a half to get shutters finished from down payment we would never refer them or use them again

O’Donnell was a nightmare We tried to work with them They took almost a year we never got our generator installed. They can no longer install in pb county. Our shutters wouldn’t pass inspection They did a messy job They we’re unresponsive ( I have a million text and emails as proof. ) It was a year of stress. Beware. Do not use this company

After working through a quote for many months with O'Donnell and trying to figure out which windows and doors we wanted to replace - they decided to decline our project because we didn't get approved for the entire financing amount. I requested a close family member cover the difference and they mentioned that due to the "uniqueness" of our situation they were not interested in taking our job. Well thanks O'Donnell for this waste of time. Our money must not be good enough for you due to us not wanting to spend $35,000 on windows out of pocket for a growing family of 5, small business owners and people working to support themselves. Our financing covered $22,000 of the 35k we needed. When we asked to pull a 2nd credit application to pull the difference they declined our project. O'Donnell - in the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC - you should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! Glad you declined because we aren't interested in moving forward with you either now that we know how you treat the working class, a young family of 5 that is trying to upgrade their first home ... and I guess I'll just add this too, maybe it's because we don't fit your perfect family and we're an interracial couple....I guess we'll never know - who cares!? We'll take our money somewhere that it is "good enough".

This project was handled in the most professional way. Initially the salesman gave a concise presentation explaining all that would happen. He provided the pricing within one day and he showed us samples in the local showroom. Measurements were taken and logistics were explained. All products were ordered and delivered within the promised time period. Installers were polite, professional and kept the project clean at the end of each day. All in all, the experience was far better than our expectations.

I went in to get estimate and look at product. Set appointment to get proposal. Salesman was a no show called and rescheled. Asked for two alternate proposals. Took 2 requests to get proposal. Went in to schedule work. My salesman was not in so another said he could help then didn't said my salesman would have to set things up. Then salesman sent me an email saying they won't do the work with NO explanation. Unbelievable!

It's pretty cool when the Owner, Eddy Ryckman comes out himself to view the drainage problems in my yard and gets back with me within 2 days with price. The 2 guys that installed the drainage pipes were very courteous and hard working. I was also impressed with Larry at the Office who was always polite and very helpful. It's also pretty cool that when Eddy Ryckman gave me his business card, it had his cell # on it and he told me to call him with any questions. I did call him on one or two issues and he always answered his phone or got right back to me. I would highly recommend this Company and give them an A+ rating!

Our initial meeting with our salesman provided us with the guidance needed in purchasing hurricane protection and an argon insulated double pane window. He verified measurements and explained the installation procedures. The installers were very professional and respectful of my home. Also the office personnel where very helpful. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
