NATURAL FLOW WINDOWS AND DOORS

Slowly, bad communication on the owners part. The job took way too long because what I communicated to the owner was not passed on to the workers so they showed up without the proper equipment. Workman that came was great and on time and did a great job. Still waiting for the bill and it's been 3 months.

I am happy with the job.  My husband wanted the windows to slide all to one side and thought that this is what he thought he was getting.  The windows when installed opened in the middle, the same as the previous "sliders".  On reading the contract the windows were installed per contract.  Contractor told my husband the condo did not allow them installed as my husband wanted.  I don't think that was true.  As I said I am happy with the job.  We were told the windows should be cleaned with vinegar and water.  they cleaned them with Windex.  I do believe the installers know what they were doing.  The job took the greater part of two days.  It took two days to clean the place due to cement powder.  
I would hire this company again and believe that we are better off with the way the windows open.

Natural Flow's installation staff are excellent---timely, responsive, and reasonable neat. It's been a couple years and no issues with windows/sliders---
You must be vigilant with the initial selection---it wasn't till after installation that we noticed the selected windows did not open on the top -- only the bottom. And the sliders do not slide past one another for cleaning unless you remove the open/close handles---. Was this something we overlooked--Yes---did the owner point out these things before purchase--No. Other items such as tinting of glass---must be watched closely to assure correct things happen.
We were quite pleased that the owner suggested white for the interior color of the windows and sliders--and they have the capability inhouse to complete such modifications.
One issue that we did not contemplate was after installation they do not clean the windows---so you either have to call a window cleaning company or do it yourself--.
This is a local family owned business---we happily support local merchants as much as possible.

Simple job taking old windows and replacing with new impact windows. Went smooth installers knew exactly what they were doing.

We thought we were getting glass from the manufacturer but he put his own, cheaper glass in. He also did not get a building permit and we didn't discover all of this until all 3 doors were leaking. We called the manufacturer and the installer. They would not acknowledge that they did anything wrong. We got a structural engineer and other installers to look at it. With the leaking the seal at the bottom had to be taken out and they didn't want to do that, they just wanted to take the screws out and put more silicone under it. They had a sticker that said it was inspected by Miami Dade but that is not true because they switched the glass out. It was just fraud all the way around.

Did not replace small side glass in front door unit, but the overall job was first rate, sent us photos, kept us informed and the work was done with minimal disruption and care to the frames. Significant part of expense will be recouped in lower insurance premiums and smaller utility usage (heat gain). Overall improvement in appearance and resale value is excellent!
