They measured and decided to postpone. They have a great flooring department in Florida. They have a good selection. They came and measured and we got the ideas of the cost of doing that.

I asked for a complete bid on a total renovation for a condo about 1100 sf. I picked out all the products such as cabinets counter tops, lighting, toilets, fans...everything to complete my project. When the bid came in the bids for labor was about 3 to 4 times what they should have been. The product estimates were a little high for a big box store as I found out later through seeking other bids. When I told them I couldn't do the project due to the high labor costs I was told they could work with any contractor. Well, when I was ready to start ordering cabinets, etc., the person I had been working with did not return emails. I can't believe they would risk losing all my business because I couldn't afford their contractors, but apparently they can. I ended up getting bids from other contractors in the area. Like I said all the bids were about one-third of what Lowes had proposed.

Installed a vertical blind in my house. First time there were 3 veins of a different color. 2nd time the veins were too short. 3rd time they only got 1 vein, still too short. I am now waiting for the 4th time. This has been going on since August 2013 and it is now December 2013.

Lowe's kitchen designers were exceptionally helpful in our quest to rebuild a 50 year old kitchen. They came to the house, took measurements and sat with us while we went over several options. They built this cabinets and countertop based on a Corian sample we really liked. Installation was very fast and the final product was outstanding.
One and a half years later Hurricane Frances heavily damaged our house. The lone surviving room... the kitchen! (the porcelain floor tiles we purchased from Lowe's helped in preventing the water from damaging the kitchen sub-floor)

The doors were correct.

Many other stores did not carry in the needed color selection or used a lesser quality paints

Very good. Looked online for best prices, went to Lowes and purchased a washing machine. Lowes delivered the new machine and removed the old machine. Simple.

They were pretty good. They worked out of creation marble. They were really excellent workers.

I would rate them all A's.

They did everything I would expect them to do.
