I noticed 2 leaks in my home. I called Lindsey RC Plumbing the same day and they were out to my home within 30 minutes of the call, once they got there the job was done within 30 minutes of their arrival. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They were great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is actually third time that I have used this company. They are exceptionally accommodating and have responded with a service call within a couple of hours of being called. Their service people are prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who is in need of a reasonable and honest plumber.

It's pretty simple really. It went great as usual.

We broke a toilet, called Lindsey, they came in just a couple hours (I guess a working toilet is pretty important), took away the broken old one and put in new. And, I might add, we like this new one so much we were thinking about replacing the other one with the same kind.

We found Lindsey Plumbing on Angie's list a couple years ago and when we need a plumber, which we have a number of times, we just call them and nobody else. They come quickly, great people that do the work, they charge fairly, and do a good job.

Excellent, excellent!!  Called at 8:30 in the morning, they were here by 9.  Went immediately to work. Used a camera to determine the problem. Then ground the roots out. Very courteous, extremely punctual. Will definitely use them again!!

When I explained the problem to Jana she immediately asked if she could call me back as she had a truck in the area and wanted to call them and catch them so they could come right over. Mona and Alan arrived within minutes and proceeded to take care of the problem. What a pleasure it was to work with this company.

From start to finish everyone we came in contact with at RC Lindsey was respectful and professional. We called on a Monday for someone to come and look at our job to determine an approximate cost for the work. Overall, as the house is fairly new (built in 2001), we figured that the work was pretty straight foreward. We wanted the original contract-grade faucets and shower/tub fixtures changed out in our two bathrooms. We also needed a rusted shutoff valve replaced on our hot water heater. The hot water heater had been replaced only a year and a half before by another plumber (no longer in business) but the valve had frozen up with rust.

Lindsey sent someone (Allen) out the next day (Tuesday) to look at the job. Allen arrived right on time, and he looked things over. We discussed parts that would be needed and he gave us some important information on what to buy that would make for the easiest change over. He agreed that they would provide the hot water heater shut off valve. In the late afternoon on Wednesday, we received a written estimate via e-mail. Although we thought the price was a little high at that time, we knew that they were a reputable company, and we figured it was about a 4 to 5 hour job so we e-mailed back that we thought the price would work for us. We also indicated that we needed to order the parts so we would get back to them as soon as they came in.

We ordered our parts from Faucetdirect that night and had them by late Friday afternoon. We called Lindsey on the following Monday and the work was scheduled for Wednesday. The plumber, Steve, came at 8:30 AM on Wed (after Allen called to confirm) and began the work. He was clearly a professional, knew his job, did excellent work, and left our home spotless when he was done. He completed all parts of the job with no problem by 10:40 AM.

Our only complaint was the price. $395 seems a bit high for just over two hours of work. We supplied all of the parts except for the hot water valve (at most a $15 part). I'm not sure if the price would have been lower if it had been done time and materials, but we had asked for a and quot;ball parkand quot; price from Allen because we wanted to have some sense of what the job was going to cost. I guess that we weren't clear that it was a firm estimate. Perhaps we should have had more discussion about how the final pricing would work.

All in all it was a great experience. The work was professionally done in a timely manner. We just wish the price was a bit lower.

I called and told them what the problem was, they called back and told me a technician would be here early this afternoon, about 12:30 he came, he fixed the problem, its was a fair price, and he left. He couldn't have been more respectful, helpful, or nicer.

called for repair for wobbly toilet, Knew I would need to have new parts and have toilet fixed as the bolts were loose, How often do you get service same day?? They came out that same afternoon , fixed all . Within the hour toilet was fixed. Wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends or to call again for any repairs.

We had a copper water line develop a leak, fairly severe, with flooding of our lower level utility room. Steve from RC Lindsey Plumbing showed up less than an hour after our service call. He was polite, knowledgeable and fast. Repaired the leak and even removed all the water that had flooded the area prior to his arrival. This was, with out a doubt, the most reasonable service call I have ever had from a local plumber.
