House Cleaning
Owner initially toured house with me, we discussed my expectations. The first cleaning was marvelous. Everything was s*** and span, as promised. Went downhill from there. I would find dirty dishes in cupboard. They apparently cleaned the same things over and over, never varying routine which meant crud started building up in other areas. At first owner said she would clean herself, then turns out she brought in others. I repeatedly called her with issues. Some got resolved, some never did. After I specifically explained the dirty dishes problem, for the 3rd or 4th time, that same week, same problem. Finally dropped them.
