Polite, efficient and did not overcharge like most other electricians do these days.

I considered my self pretty handy around the house. My kitchen light went out I change the switches and I change the ballast and still it was not working then the outlets in my room was not working. I checked all of the outlets I and it still did not worked I called Jimmy Rowell electric service the next day they setup a time with me. Jim was great. He was very nice, professional, fast, neat, clean and organized. I know who I am calling next time. I will recommend Jimmy Rowell electric to any one who needs work done.

The work was performed in 1-1/2 hours at a reasonable price. More was spent on the initial call to come out to determine the root cause of the problem as opposed to doing the work to fix the problem. We are very satisfied with the work that was done to fix the problem.

The project was completed in a timely manner and under the estimated cost. The electrician wasprofessional, answered all of my questions and left the work area clean.

One time and job completed to my satisfaction

We are doing some remodeling and wanted to beef up the lighting in several areas... kitchen/family room and dining room. I also wanted to add several new outlets. I called Mr. Rowell and he came out promptly to discuss the project. I found him courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He offered suggestions that I have found extremely helpful. The electrician, Chris, that he sent to do the actual work of roughing in for a number of recessed lights and other fixtures and adding outlets was courteous and professional, as well as very hard working. He had to do a lot of the work up in the attic and as hot as it was up there (this was August!) it didn't seem to slow him down. Chris was also very careful and precise about the placement of the holes where the lighting fixtures would eventually be installed and checked with me to be sure I was happy with the placement before proceeding. Hardworking, careful, precise, professional... I couldn't ask for more.
We have received the lighting fixtures I ordered from a local shop and are now ready to have their installation completed. I have called Mr. Rowell again and am happy to have his company complete the install.

He spent a good amount of time with me, and explained things to me. He was very good. His price and quality of work were excellent. I would use his services again in the future.

Did good logical analysis of my power circuits to my air conditioner and discovered that power was all good and the problem was fixed by installing new batteries in the thermostat.

I called the office, and Mr.Rowell returned my call that afternoon. He told me he would send someone the following day. The individual, Martin, came, was very professional, and did a fine job.

Jimmy met me to provide an estimate within a day of my initial call. We agreed I would contact him at the beginning of the following week to arrange a time for him to do the work. The day we discussed the estimate he also recommended I check out Fan Connection as a place to purchase my new ceiling fans.

After meeting with the folks at Fan Connection, who were also great, I called Jimmy and we set a date to start the work. In advance of the work starting, Jimmy and the folks at Fan Connection had a discussion to coordinate who would do what. One of Jimmy's employees, Richard, actually did the work. There was a slight change in schedule on the day Richard was to start, but Jimmy called me in advance and made me aware of the change.

Richard made some great recommendations re: changing the placement of one of the fans and did an excellent job of patching the spot where the fan was originally. He knew we had just had the ceilings painted and all we need to do is some minor repainting of the spot. Richard also and quot;saved the dayand quot; when our new refrigerator came in with a cord that was too short by moving the electrical outlet.

The morning after the job was finished Jimmy called us to ensure we were satisfied the job - excellent customer service!

Jimmy came out the previous week within 48 hours of our phone call to look at the job. They showed up on time and did the work - did a neat job.

They gave me a 15% Angies List discount which I didn't even know about. I would highly recommend them and will also use them in the future.

Came afternoon I called and was done in less than an hour.

They did good work.
