The Ideal Service Company

started out with enthusiam and started changing within last few months finally could not get pool balanced ph i am assuming, turned into yellow then green there respnse was we have spent alot of money trying to fix your pool and ghosted us never giving us an oppertunity to agree to more money they left us with a mess and additional cost to get this problem rectified very unprofessional so sad we support local buisness and support ANGI but these guys are bad news .

We have been using Noah for over a year coming up on two years now I have had nothing but great customer service in performance from him shows up when he says heâ s gonna show up does what he says heâ s gonna do pool looks better than ever. Have no complaints. Never happier can beat the price For what he does keep up the good work, Noah

These are the guys you do not want to use to maintain, trouble shoot, and take care of anything related to your pool. Brody & Noah are extremely unprofessional and in knowledgeable. My pool was an easy weekly clean. Ideal is not a company I would trust with anything on my property, they lie repeatedly and always have an excuse to change the day the pool is cleaned. They do not keep in communication unless it benefits them. They were never on time every week, always had an excuse and quite unpleasant. Brody and Noah will never maintain my pool again. They are cowardly and ignore rather than say sorry we are not doing this pool anymore. Immature.

Horrible company, said they came to clean pool and did not show up, we gave security cameras that prove it plus the mustard algae in the pool that they said was cleaned 24 hours prior to that. They do kit answer calls or return texts. Young and immature.

These are the guys you want to use to maintain, trouble shoot, and take care of anything related to your pool. Brody & Noah are professional and knowledgeable. My pool was a challenge with an embedded calcification problem on the tiles. 3 other companies have come & gone unable to remedy this problem. Ideal persisted and with their vast knowledge, rectified the calcification issue in a matter of 2 weeks. Ideal is a perfect name for this company. They keep in communication continually until any issues are resolved. On time every week, and quite pleasant to deal with. No question or problem is too difficult for them. And an added bonus, their fee is quite reasonable compared to other companies. These 2 men will be maintaining my pool for a long, long time!!

Brody and company are head and shoulders above any other pool service company in the area. Educated, prompt, reliable, clean and HONEST! Great communication at every level. These professionals are the best in my book!
