They come quarterly. It's a yearly contract, it's $400.

I also have these tubes in the wall, they spray, there on either side of the house, they spray this thing in there to kill bugs that are inside the walls before they come into the house. I have a centracon system that kills the termites. If I need spraying on the patio, they do that. I like that I hardly have any bugs. I am very pleased with them. They come quarterly.
