Toby was prompt and responsive at every turn. When I contacted him that my gutter boards had been replaced and painted and ready for installation, they came out and identified sections where rotted wood had been painted over. They could have proceeded and installed the gutters and I wouldn’t have known, but they stopped, showed me the issues, which afforded me the opportunity to correct the problem. Once the gutter board was repaired, they came back out in a timely manner and completed the job. They were professional and efficient and the final product looks great. I would definitely recommend Toby & TK Gutters.

Gutters by TK is a very busy company. I contracted them on 8/14 and was quoted 4 week lead time which was ok. After many phone calls, I got my gutters on 10/3 (7 weeks later). The workmen, Kendall and Steven, were very professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly. I would definitely contract with this company again, hopefully with a more accurate delivery info.

Very well. Ernesto initially estimated work wouldn't start for 2 weeks, but then contacted me 6 days later to see if they could start that day. The two workers he sent started around 9am and finished by 2pm. Good quality workmanship from what I can tell. They also took the time to walk us around the property and point out exactly what was done. Also pleased with the 5-year warranty for the work.

All was good from the start to the finish of the job. But after finding a problem with the water not draining they never came back to address the issue. They just blew me off

As we were re-roofing, we decided to also have all new gutters and downspouts installed. Our roofing company recommended Gutters by TK and we were very satisfied with the job that they did. They were done in half a day and the gutters finish off the new roof beautifully.

The gutters look nice, but the installers messed up the job. Without checking with me or notifying me, they attached the gutters to rotting, flaking facia board. (My old gutters hid the rotten boards completely.) Now, I know TK didn't cause my facia board problems, but any good contractor should at least check with the property owner before attaching gutters to rotten wood. Not only does it look bad, but it's a roofing problem. It took Toby over a month to even come look at the problem. In order to remove the gutters to fix the facia, the gutters would have to be destroyed. He promised Ernesto would come out and see what could be done for me, but this never happened. Toby gave me a lot of, "Listen, honey..." and never took care of a job poorly done. Nothing was done to make things right; he just stopped answering his phone or returning calls.

When Ernesto installed our new gutters nine years ago I liked him and had no problems with him or with his work. When my gutters all started leaking nine years later however, it was a very different story. He came out once, we had an amicable meeting and then he disappeared off the face of the earth. All calls went to voice mail and none were ever returned. I never had any intention of trying to beat him up financially, I was just looking for a little help with a problem. But his solution was to just run away and hope that I would forget about it. After I finally gave up, many weeks later, and filed a complaint with the better business bureau, a building supply salesman showed up, looked at the gutters and said they had probably been damaged by chemicals used in roof cleaning, a totally false statement since all roof pressure washing was done in-house with water only. No chemicals were ever used on the roof. He said he would report back to the manufacturer and someone would get back to me, however that was several weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Ernesto still refuses to accept or return calls. It is obvious that his 20 year product warranty is worthless. Ernesto is the most unprofessional contractor that I have ever dealt with. His unprofessional conduct has not only cost him my business but also that of the General contractor that had recommended him to me initially.

Mr. Alvarez and his workers did a great job installing the gutters and downspouts at my home and at a great price too!  They also were neat and punctual. His company also gave me great customer service (Within a few days after he had installed them, I noticed a little leak during a rain shower. I called him and spoke to him about the leak. He said he would stop by at the end of the day and fix it. True to his word, he came by the end of the day and fixed it. I haven't had any problems since.) I would highly recommend his company!

Ernesto  Alverez met with my wife and me and made grand promises regarding the work that
he was to perform.  We told him that we
would be away for a bit and he agreed to await our return to complete the
contracted work.  When we returned from
our trip it was evident that he had already attended to the work at hand (not
withstanding our agreement that he would hold off).  Inspection of his work showed it to be deficient
in all regards.  He was rude and flippant
when I contacted him to voice my concerns. 
He even refused to give me an invoice for his services.  I gave up dealing with him and was forced to
pay sums far in excess of the amount he charged to correct the mess he made.
Alverez  has a slick line but performs extremely shoddy work and is long gone when you
try to contact him.

We met with Ernesto, the owner who was prompt, professional and very detailed.
Our roof is a large hip with front and rear porches and deck. Not an easy project but TK did a GREAT job!
The new metal roof and gutters gave our home a needed face lift.

Ernesto was very personable, professional, thorough, competent, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The installation was competent and thorough; trash removed promptly; and the gutters work well.
