I don’t even know where to start from the time that I spoke to the office the staff was more than professional the technician showed up so fast I thought he was in my driveway while I was making the appointment he took the time to walk through the job explained everything to me did all the repairs adjusted everything he needed to explain everything to me and I have a garage door that operates like the day that I bought it thank you again for your professionalism and your staff.

I can't tell you how happy and relieved we were. The spring broke the night before on a very heavy garage door which trapped our car in the garage. I called first thing in the morning and the technician, Derrick, was here in less than an hour. He was extremely knowledgable, explained all that he needed to do as well as offered solutions and alternatives, since the door springs and unit were almost 22 years old. He worked very quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after the job, and even took the time to preprogram and talk us through the setup, saving us hours of trying to learn on our own. We absolutely will call Guaranteed Garage repair with any of our garage door needs!

It was exceptional, they were able to come out right after a storm. I called the early morning. They came within the window time frame. They were licensed and certified with warranties and everything. They were very friendly, but the price was high but it was fair for the quality of the work.

It went well! All metal joints lubricated. The door is more quiet now. I did have to ask if the tech would check the tension in the chain and an adjustment was made. I think any moving parts should be included and checked. Overall, very pleased, any questions were answered satisfactory. I would call this company again.
