I called Group One when I received a flyer in the mail. There have been a few break ins in my area so I wanted some protection especially for when I am traveling. The customer service representative was very nice she answered all my questions and set up a time for a technician to come to my home. I signed up and he installed the system the following week. The monthly service is very affordable and I love the mobile application. I never leave home and think- did I forget to turn the alarm on?

I been using them for 22 years, since the house was built. They're doing their job. Sometimes I make mistake of opening the door before switching the alarm in the morning or sometimes at night, they will arrive on the button. The other night there was a lighting somewhere near we set the alarm for 5:00 in the morning, and they've arrived on the button to check. They're pretty quick in doing their job.
