For payment we accept cash, check or cards. We can use green products who are environmentally friendly and are also non-toxic. Our services also depend on what the client prefers, we offer a personalized cleaning program fit for each clients needs.

I am pleased to write this letter of reference for GREEN LUXURY MAIDS Due to an accident in early February, my husband and I needed some help with housework while I recuperated. Angela came to our home and we agreed on a list of weekly service needs. The ladies came every week - same day, same time. They were consistent with the cleaning and they completed all the areas covered in our agreement. They were polite and friendly and always acted in a professional manner. We used a Green Luxury Maids for a little more than four months and not once encountered any issues. The same two young ladies came each week and worked great together. We couldn't have been more pleased. The company offers eco-friendly cleaning products which was a real blessing for our allergies. Even though I have fully recovered from my accident, and can resume my cleaning routine, it's nice to know that GREEN LUXURY MAIDS also provides one-time service needs. I'll be keeping their number handy. I would recommend Angela and her service team without question.

Communicating with this company is very difficult. They take at least 24hrs to respond if they respond at all. They showed up on time but did a poor job. Luckily our realtor stopped by and pointed out a number of things they had missed. The biggest problem was that while they were cleaning the tile floors, they left black scuff marks on ALL the lower moldings (which had just been freshly painted). Unbelievably, they left without cleaning those marks. Shortly after they left, we saw the marks and tried to contact them about the issue. They never responded so I was forced to have someone else come in to clean the marks off the moldings. Several days later, the only response I finally received was one asking to be paid. I would never recommend this company.

"Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We strive for excellence with every job that we do, but understand that you had some issues. During the time of the job, the Manager was out of the Country which caused miscommunication on our end. The job was perfomed accoding to the instructions given, and everything was left clean as expected. However, the employee that used the steamer was not properly trained which caused the scuff marks on the molding. This was our fault as the Manager was absent. We tried to rectify the situation but understand the inconvenience that it caused. We would be more than happy to discuss this further with you. Thank you again!"

The best outstanding service. We have homes all over the world and we wish we could take them with us. Nothing compares to these guys! So honest, on time, and always ask what we need.. Never leave until finished. I once was washing comforter covers they weren't dry in time. The girls came back hours later to finish. I didn't even ask. They did this out of the kindness of their heart! You would be stupid not to use these guys!
