GLASS PROFESSIONALS INC

As a design professional, I called to get the window specifications for a job that I drew. I was told that they could not give me the specs for privacy reasons. I have been designing homes for over 30 years and I've never had dealt with an uncooperative company like this. I'm a very busy person and I don't have time for unprofessionalism. This year alone I've designed over 30 new homes and remodels. If this is how they treat design professionals, I will NEVER recommend Glass Professionals to any of my clients.

Great Job Professional

I have used Glass Professionals in the last three houses I have owned here.. Terry is excellent and the installs went perfect.

It wasn't until later that evening when I went to take a shower that I stepped on pieces of the broken marble, injuring my foot, before realizing what they had done. I immediately called the following day and asked why they never felt the need to come clean about having broken the tile. The owner would not get on the phone, he had the salesman who was out that day tell me that that's how it was! UNBELIEVABLE!!! To add insult to injury he, they tried to tell me that I owed them $400 for these ridiculous adjustments to my sliding glass doors, which to this day I still have yet to receive an actual bill for, as this was complete fabrication in an attempt for me to just go away quietly. Make matters worse they stole the crank for the window and refused to give it back. Needless to say I was beyond surprised by this complete lack of integrity, especially after visiting the show room. BEWARE!!! Very disappointed!

NOTHING HAPPENED

This is the 2nd time that I used this company within the month. I was very impressed with the professionalism and work of this young man. It was a pleasure to see his Father giving a helping hand. I strongly recommend Glass Professionals for any glass and mirror related work!

Called this company because of the ratings on Angie's List. Explained to them over the phone what I needed done. They informed me that someone from their company would be calling me . His name was Terry. They asked for my measurements, I told them my husband would do this when he returned from work. they said no problem that they could send someone out to do this and give me an estimate. There would be no cost for this service. I waited for a call and got none so I called them back. The lady on the phone asked me if I wanted to leave a voice mail, I said no. She took my number and said someone would be calling me again! Well someone did and gave me an inflated cost with no measurements over the phone of $260 for two strips of mirror to go along the bottom of existing mirror that was black. The call was within less than ten minutes of my call. How amazing! My take on this is they just didn't want the job. This is very unprofessional. This experience will be announced by me to my entire neighborhood by our system. We watch over who does work in our community and others nearby. No job should be too small or unimportant.

GREAT.  Guy who came out and did the measurements and estimate great.  Guy who installed GREAT.  Replacement shower enclosure and they encountered some tile issues and fixed it.  I will use again in my next home as I am moving

Not a lot to tell here, for we have found them, as there name implies, very professional with excellent workmanship.  We have not
had any issues with these two different homes and installations.

Except for supplier delays (WinDoor), all work done well and as expected. Special care was taken to keep tile sills intact. Good products and sales staff.

I had a glass top on a coffee table that was broken.I was very satisfied with there work and would recommend them to any one needing specialty glass work.

This was a small project for this company and they were not going to make a lot of money doing it. Yet, they were very responsive and did the work promptly. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Installed customized and specialized mirrors.

They were very professional and I really liked the job that they did. They were willing to work with me on my schedule. I would highly recommend.

The work that they have done is good. The only negative thing I can say would be that I have had to wait for things; sometimes they say they are coming and that they will come the next day. They always let me know; I guess things get delayed and such. I will continue to use them.

They were great, and the workmanship was excellent. I was happy with the service. They were friendly and professional. I needed to get some tile work done, and they referred some good people to me. The pricing was good; it was really competitive. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
