Things got off to a good start with the demolition and subsequent drywall repairs. I highly recommend Tom for drywall work. This remodel took about six weeks which is too long for our small master bath. The tile work looks like it was done by an amateur. We had the guy redo several tiles as they were not level and the grout lines uneven. It came out only slightly better. There were problems with the grout cracking and some has been redone but we're still finding cracks. When the vanity was put in, the plumbing was leaking, and they just left it to leak in the new cabinet for a week before the fixtures were put in. The staple/nail holes in the trim around the new door did not get filled before being painted. When the vanity top was put in there was damage to the wall that they just painted over instead of patching first. Then when we had them patch it, it looks like they painted over the compound while it was still wet and so there is white showing through. I could go on and on. There was just no attention to detail or sense of quality. A number of issues we had them "fix" but they simply redid the work in the same careless manner. I'm not sure why it took so long to do such sloppy work. Hopefully they will fix the grout cracks, but it's been a couple weeks since someone came out and looked at it and we haven't heard anything since.
10/12/2014 - No one ever came out to fix the cracks in the grout. It had started to fall out around the window. In early September we did get Jeff and his new tile guy to come out and look at the grout again and he said he'd call when they could get it done. At the beginning of October we called and asked again for the repairs to be completed. We were told they'd be out the next Tuesday but they never showed up. We did the repair ourselves. I wouldn't trust this company to stand behind their work.
