My experience with them has been really good for appointments and service. They are very personal and professional. I can just walk in and get something done. If I have an appointment they are on time. I believe their prices are fair. I've dealt with Firestone and other providers before so I think they are very fair with their prices. They are professional and personal. They take care of everything. I don't have a problem and when I leave the car there, I'm not worried about it. It didn't cost me a dime when they did the safety check but otherwise it's about $95.
