Emry Wooten

Emry was awesome. She did an initial spring cleaning of our apartment, and got every nook and cranny spotless. Our apartment  is older, has two cats and wood tongue and groove ceilings. That combination means dust attacks us daily and accumulates quickly. That didn't deter her at all. She fully discussed everything she was going to do for the initial cleaning, and was up front with her rates. She brought all her cleaning equipment and supplies, and walked through the apartment and told us all the details of what she would clean and how she would do it. She made sure to ask about moving things off of shelves and and where she would put things while cleaning. She showed up on time, stayed the full time, and did exactly what she said she'd do. Her attitude was also fantastic. We are no longer first time customers, but we're now loyal repeat customers. I don't impress easily, but she impressed me. Even more important, she impressed my wife, and so now my life is much happier.
