Lawrence and his wife Suzanne came out with two other team members and were there for about 4 1/2 hours. They were very thorough and inspected every inch of the home. I am very pleased with their professionalism and politeness. We ended up not buying that home but when we were in escrow with another home Lawrence came out and did the wind mitigation for free. I've had a few phone calls into them for opinions and they were quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

Provider was punctual and knowledgeable.  He answered all questions and volunteered information as I followed him around.  He had an apprentice who was also knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  Neither inspector went on the roof, but did inspect the roof from the ground.
I would use them again; no better recommendation than that.

Prompt and complete.   I arrived from out of town toward the end of the inspection and was given an in depth tour of the findings.  In addition to pointing out several minor issues a roof leak was discovered and shared.  Suggestions for additional gutters was also given.    I received a report via email including pictures of all issues identified.  I found the person doing the inspection to be knowledgeable, proactive and honest.
My Realtor was present for the entire inspection and she provided her endorsement of the work they performed along stating that the price they charged was better than she normally sees.   She was not previously familiar with this company and indicated that she would keep them in mind for other clients. 

They were prompt, professional, and gave excellent service. There report was emailed the same day. I forwarded it to the insurance company. I've recommended them to all our friends and neighbors.

Mr. Street and his team were right on time. They contract out the termite inspection, an they were there on time as well. Inspection was very thorough. I made one payment to Mr. Street, and he paid the termite inspectors from that payment. I received the reports that night via email. Was very happy with the report, which was meticulous and had many photos.

dian riverAlthough I did not meet Larry from L street homes, I dealt with him over the phone. I needed a wind mitigation  & 4 pt inspection for my home owners insurance for a condo I was purchasing in Jensen beach. He was very professional & courteous. He arrived at the condo exactly when he stated he would . He went above & beyond & provided a very detailed report for both. I received an email that same night with a complete report and very many pictures of everything he inspected. I had some questions, I  called him the next morning, and spent some time on the phone with him. He answered every question I had. He is very polite, professional & courteous. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection, or inspection for insurance. Very much a pleasure to work with.

On 3/20/ 2013 Mr Street initially inspected the roof, which was installed in 1997,  to ascertain that the roof was in good condition so that my insurance company would  not terminate my property insurance.  He found a few minor problems  and said that the roof had at least another 10 years of life. He took photos and submitted a report.  The insurance company would not accept the report as reliable proof that the roof was in good order.   After having the repairs made i again contacted Mr Street to reinspect the roof so that he could verify that the repairs had been done and that the roof was in perfect condition.  I am now waiting to see if this will satisfy Citizens Property Insurance underwriting Department that my roof is indeed insurance worthy.  Mr. Street is very punctual and pleasant and does a very thorough job.

Lawrence arrived on time at 4:30pm.  He took pictures of the front, sides, and back of home from the outside.  Then inspected the roof from the attic.  When completed, he explained the report and had me sign the report on his tablet.  He said the report would be emailed to me by 9pm that night.  The complete report with pictures was emailed to me and my insurance agent at 7:43pm.  Very professional and followed thru on what was promised.  .

Everything went well, quick and efficient.  Reports received same day.

L Street Homes were really good. We really liked them. They were really thorough, pleasant to deal with, they looked at everything, and it was just an overall pleasant experience. You really can't go wrong using them.

Everything went really well, after calling around to several companies to try and find a company that could do the inspection on a holiday weekend, they were the only company that could fit us in. We needed multiple items inspected in the house besides the home inspection such as the spetic tank, pool, wind mitigation and they were able to do it all! We really couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.
