Dave and his guy came out to inspect and maintain my fireplace. Sadly, my fireplace, which is used every cold day in Florida, has never been serviced since the house was built in 1989. Dave had to inform me that the fireplace needed to be replaced because the metal had deteriorated to a level that compromised the safety of our home. He showed me everything and explained to me what had happen. Dave also gave me an estimate to replace. His team was extremely clean, professional, timely, and fair priced. I would highly recommend Dave and use him in the future.

We just moved into our new home and wanted the fireplace inspected, and cleaned if needed. It wasn't until the morning of the appointment that we thought to ask him if he had time in his schedule to clean the dryer vent. That same morning we also had two other services scheduled for the laundry room. Dave was punctual but the contractor with our laundry room cabinets arrived an hour early which put them both in the small galley style room at the same time. Dave was in and out in no time and offered great advice for our vent hook up for future maintenance if needed. His timing and suggestions were perfect being that we already had an opening in the drywall. He went straight to work on the fireplace and was done in no time. Turned out the prior owner hardly used it and cleaning wasn't needed. He asked the right questions and again offered us sound advice on the best way to use and care for our fireplace. We thought we were pretty knowledgeable but we learned so much more. We really appreciated his taking the time to educate us as we will get so much more enjoyment from it. He will also send us a card in 2 years to remind us that we will be due for our next inspection. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave. We are beyond satisfied with his services.

Dave came over in the rain and went on the roof to check why the smoke was coming back into the house we just bought.
He found out that the previous owner capped the top of the chimney, plus the insides were all rusted.
He gave all different options of what to do and gave us a break in the price for the inspection. He was great. It is so nice to see such an honest good person. I am in Real Estate and will be happy to recommend him.
