Rick and Kenny Cochran are the best roofers I've ever encountered. They provide MORE than what you contract with them to do. Instead of pages of small type, they have an easy to understand and short contract. Their price is totally fair, their quality excellent, and their service the best. I've never dealt with a contractor who worked as neatly as they did. They even had one of their workers check the area around the house for metal (screws, etc.) with a metal detector. Their employees were polite and worked hard. No blaring loud radios, no drama, no problems. When I tried to pay extra for the work they did above and beyond the contract, they would not accept additional payment. I have used them also for rental properties I own and, again, the same great service. Living in Florida, we just are not use to this type of professionalism and honesty.

Despite dozens of contacts/requests for written confirmation of warranty for property under contract of sale, owner was either unable or unwilling to provide simple one page confirmation of verbal promise to continue 5 year warranty. How would you rate a vendor who did that?

The facia was rotted on most of the house caused by nail holes from gutters. The more facia my husband removed, the more damage he found. Time to call a roofer. We called this company because they had put the roof on 5yrs ago, and we were happy with their work. Five guys worked one day and two the next day, about a total of 60 man hrs. They were very professional, prepared to work, and friendly. When they were done, everything was cleaned up, and my flowers and plants were in good shape.

We called 4 roofing companies for estimates. Cochran was the quickest, most complete estimate. The other 3 company representives didn't even know about the membrane, that was used on our screenroom roofs. It has a lifetime warranty. We singed and accepted the estimate to start work on the 5th of July. Work was promptly started and totally completed 3 days later. We are very satisifed at this point. Cochran Brother's cleaned up the job site completely, and even came back out to do a double check of the area. We would highly recommend this company to all of our family and friends.
