Gutter Repair and Replacement

I do not recommend Coastal Gutter Inc.  The rep from Coastal Gutter set up 3 appointments for estimates that were missed, (a no-show or a late "my kid is sick" telephone call).  That should have been my first clue as to their sloppy service.  They installed new gutters but did not install the down spouts with extensions that I ordered and paid for.  ("We forgot")  They promised to install the downspouts the next day.  They didn't.   ("Couldn't make it. Our guys were too tired from another job")   After several more phone calls, they installed some down spouts but not all.  I still have not received what I paid for.  Finally, my husband purchased a short downspout extension at Lowe's as a temporary fix.
My new gutters look shabby and the work is still not complete.  Do not use Coastal Gutter Inc.  I am dissatisfied with their terrible customer service and poor workmanship.
