The lock on a sliding glass door broke. I called at 8:15am and they were here before 9am and had it fixed quickly. He gave me a quote on the phone, and that was the price I paid. $95 included the lock itself, installation, and 2 additional keys. I was very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

Called and was quoted exact price on phone. I was open to service time, he said does 40 minutes from now work for you? I said sure. Chris showed up in 30 minutes. He performed the work quickly and cleanly. He refused to walk through the house because he might have dirt on his shoes. He wiped each door down when he was done and it took him less than an hour to re-key all the doors. Then he refused a tip! AWESOME service and very Professional
