Paul was prompt (actually, his schedule put him in our area that day, so he was able to make the repair the same day that I called), neat, extremely pleasant and professional, and I would highly recommend his services. Another service provider (in Boynton Beach) listed on the Nutone website wanted to charge $400 for parts alone plus labor to replace the entire speaker unit. Paul immediately saw that the problem was simply that the speaker cone had burned out--a $35 part. So, I was also very pleased with his integrity. He and his company would definitely be my first choice for any future work we might need in their area of service.
