Very disappointed, customer service was great initially, but once you get through the quote process to the GM it becomes a nightmare, was told by the quoters no problem in replacing a broken tile, by the time you get to the GM nothing but excuses contradicting everything else said and advertised. They state they do not replace tiles and have a hard time getting them. My advice do not waste time on a quote.

Our roofing project was just completed and we couldn't be happier with the results. Working with Troy and his team was a joy. Our tile roof sustained hurricane damage, and we decided to go with a new metal roof. Troy handled all the communication and documentation with our insurance company. He explained the process, and kept us informed from beginning to end. We didn't have to worry about a thing. He answered our calls, and kept all appointments. The roofing crews were great also. They worked long days, and cleaned up the area after every workday. Lisa, the project manager, was also very helpful and informative. The gutters are yet to be installed, but our roof is beautiful! We highly recommend this company.
