I used Ron Allen and his Hot Tub service on Tuesday, Jan. 6. We just moved to
Jupiter and are new owners of a 20 year old house which included a hot tub that
was at least 10 years old. I knew nothing about the tub or its function.
Ron is indeed a Professional and an EXPERT at his work. He arrived on
time. Then proceeded to walk me through the entire system. He cleaned the filter
and did all his checks and inspections as advertised. Even taught me about all
the pool chemicals, etc.
I highly recommend Ron for any Pool or Spa
service.

Ron cleaned the filter which had been badly neglected by my former pool technician and he scrubbed and vacuumed the pool - which had not been done in a long time! He came out on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule and even returned on the following Tuesday to check the pool! I couldn't ask for a better pool technician.

Had two different types of algae growing, a re-occurring problem... Ron came in and proceeded to educate me on what might be causing the problem. Also informed me that too much chlorine wasn't the answer as I had thought that by over chlorinating it would stop coming back. He put in the correct level of chemicals, cleaned my filtration system and proceeded to inform me on how to avoid this problem going forward. I called and left a message... He got back to me within a half hour. We set up a time and he was punctual and couteous. He earned my business and I'm on hi route now ! Thanks Ron !

"For the Do it Yourself types...New Pool Owner Orientations: We can come to your house and show you how to look after your pool and equipment, test the water, turn on the heater, set the filtration hours, set the pool and spa valves and answer your general questions. We will also inspect your equipment for proper operation. Call us to arrange an appointment. The cost for this service is $95.00. Ask about a $20 off coupon!"
