Steve did the work. He was professional and informative. His truck was well-organized and neat. He even re-plumbed our system to a standard pvc size at no charge. A few weeks after the installation, Steve came back out to our house for "show and tell" and went over the entire system with us in detail.
Steve also installed a new pump for us on 02/03/2014. We have used his salt delivery service since then and have been quite satisfied with both the pump and the service.

When I tried to replace an in-line water filter, I discovered that the main shut off valve was frozen. Since this company had installed my pump and water tank a few years ago, I called them. They came out that day and replaced the shut-off valve. Instead of a little round handle, I now have a lever that is very easy to use. While he was there, the plumber noticed a loose shelf on the concrete wall. He refastened it to the wall with concrete screws. Just as a favor. That was very thoughtful.

We are snowbirds and have no worries with our water system that they installed in 2007. They service it. They are professional and reasonable. It works great!! They are extremely honest.
