It didn't go good. The first time we installed the shutters was for Hurricane Mathew in 2016. Every thing seemed to be going fine except for the two front large windows. The panels were too short and as a result we had to stagger them and only fasten them on one end to cover the windows. When I contacted the company to explain the problem they came out and measured the windows again and told me it would cost me $300 to get new panels that would fit. Are you kidding me?? I already paid for the panels. It's not my fault that they didn't fit. I asked them why they didn't check the fit by installing them when they made them and the answer was: " It wasn't required at the time." I asked why I have to pay again for panels that I already paid for and the answer was: "It was a long time ago and I'm not going to argue with you and waste my breath!" Needless to say I'm done talking to him and will probably look towards Small Claims Court to get satisfaction.
