They did a great job. Onsite first thing every morning, minimal disruption around the house, cleaned up, no complaints, would hire them again.

I felt I could trust them. They missed doing something and I didn't realize it but when they came back to look at the roof again, the boss realized that the guys hadn't completed it. He said they just misunderstood it and that's fine but I wouldn't have known it. Their office staff was great. They were really good. The work started on July 21 and they just finished with the last part yesterday (August 10). They're excellent but it's not what I would call an "A". I would have them do the roof again if I needed to. Their price was average; it's just the going-rate.

All American Roofing has been selected as and approved roofing contractor for our Homeowners Assn. The Meadows at Martin Downs in Palm City, FL. I have not used them personally but I have heard of no complaints from the few that have.

We found this company to be prompt, reasonable, and thorough. Upon inspection they took pictures of the damage and showed it to us before any work would be done. They were very professional in that they required a signed contract before they would begin repairs. We fully understood what to expect from them and what was expected of us. The workers did a good, clean job. We would definitely use them again.

I got a bunch of estimates. They were very reputable and honest. Jesus is the owner and he found things and took pictures that the other companies didn't even both looking for. He did a water test and so far he has been great.

A permit was not pulled initially, inspections were not done and the roof tiles were not stained to match the existing roof. The repair to be effective so the quality of the work relative to the problem was fine. This company threatened to put a lien on my house because the general contractor who hired them would not pay them until all of the work was done including pulling the permit and inspection. I had to complain to get the roof tiles stained.
I would be very careful that you general contractor does not use this companies services.

They were about a week late in starting due to rain but once started all went as promised. Workers professional and careful with our property
