AIRCON HEATING & AIR COND

Pretty good on the day of installation, everything seemed right and fair.  Then a call in March 2014 that the permit was to expire and they forgot to do the inspection.  We were out of town, and all of a sudden this became our emergency!  The inspector showed, to our recollection, did not go into the attic where the air handler is, passed inspection everything's good right?  Wrong.  Bought an electrical inspection from Angie's list, which found issues with the wiring, grounding, and blue light installation that was confirmed by a separate air conditioner company.  Cost $425 to fix.  Didn't even think of calling them and making them come out. The only reason I didn't rate an F is because they all said we got a great system.

System failed in the hottest time of the year. His employes including the owner worked very hard and had us back in the cool air in a short time.m He removed the attic unit in 120 degrees!! I was very happy and as a result have recommended to many of my neighbors. He is a regular in our community.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE THING THAT IMPRESSED US THE MOST WAS THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A PART AND INSTEAD OF GETTING A NEW PART THEY FOUND US A CHEAPER USED PART TO SAVE US MONEY.

THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR TEN YEARS. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE TO TALK TO. THEY GOT THE A/C FIXED. WE WERE ABLE TO USE IT IMMEDIATELY.
