Agler was a life saver. I have been having my house repaired and remodeled after a water pipe broke and flooded most of the rooms of my house. I had been looking for tile for many weeks and found something at another store that I liked. I gave the information to my contractor and they contacted the store. They were told it was a special order tile and would take six weeks to arrive, That had never been mentioned in any of my visits to that store. The contractor was ready to install ASAP. I immediately started searching for tile that I could get almost immediately. Agler helped me out. The girls in the store could not have been more helpful. They directed me to things they thought I might be interested in and let me loose. Each time I picked something they answered any questions I had about the product. I was allowed to take several tiles boards and samples home and I made my choice. They let me know before I ordered the cost of both the bathroom and shower tile and the glass tile for the backsplash, and they could get all that tile to me in a few days. I was more than happy with the service that I received from the girls in the store and the personnel at the warehouse. Friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. One thing I liked very much was that their backsplash tile has the price per piece on the samples so I could easily estimate the cost of the tile. I appreciate that transparency in a business. In addition, I simply had to ask what the cost was for various tiles on the tile board on display. It makes it so much easier to do business when you are working on a particular budget. I would do business with Agler again and I would recommend them to friends. It was a very positive working relationship.

The carpeting is substandard. We have a prominent seam going across our entire living room. Had the owner come out to see the end result. He said it was a product flaw and not his problem. We had to pay for everything before install. Paid cash. Wanted to use AMEX but they don't accept. Could have stopped payment.  I will never use this company again. We will have to live with this for a long time. Agler does not stand by its products.

It went good but there were many things that were not right. It was a moderate price. My son whose into that kind of stuff said to me that I got what I paid for. A man put in a shelf of tile for shampoos and below it is a shelf that you could put something on or put your foot on to shave your legs or something. When they put in the upper shelf, they were lying that up, and there was a towel rack above it and it is right in the way like five inches so it can't get a bottle on it which a tile guy should know better. They gave us a soap dish that was only a depth of maybe an inch and a half; it cannot even get a bar on it. When I called their attention, they said they couldn't fix it. I'm just saying those were little things but annoying. They were very polite and easy to work with but just some of the details were not good. I did get a new glass doors, so that was a little bit of money in there, had the floor done, and they put a whole big rubber mat right downstairs. The quality of the windows we picked out was good. We picked a tile and they used another pieces of tiles. They were on time and reasonably punctual.

Agler completed each phase to the Reno on time, and always to our satisfaction. Very committed and focused on doing a great job! Excellent in all aspects of our project! THANK YOU AGLER!

We were initially happy with the service. Shortly after we noticed a large prominent seam down our living room that is approximately 20 ft long. It keeps getting more and more prominent. It looks horrible. It's been almost a year now, and every day we have a constant reminder of the huge mistake we made in choosing Agler. I'm embarrassed to have company in my home. If I could cover it with an area rug, I'd try, but it's in an area that is unsuitable for one. It's a huge bullseye!
We had them come out to take a look at the seam. I asked them if they'd be happy to have this in their own homes. Blank stares and no response! Agler does not stand by the products it sells. He just told me that we got a discount (maybe because we paid cash!). What a joke. Nothing has been done to remedy the situation.
Now we are forced to live with this for a long time. It's very distressing.
I'm disgusted with the whole thing.

We were very happy with their work. We spent about $2000 or $3000 on the service in May. We used them twice and both times it was extremely painless. They were great, they were very professional, and the work they did was excellent. Their pricing was fair. They were wonderful.
