No one in the company ever knew what was going on, there were many delays, calls were not returned from the owner, workers were late and left cigarette butts all over the work area and the single installer cut our gas line after the utilities were called out twice to mark the property, We personally walked the property with the installer as well to avoid any mistakes. The owner refused to pay for the repair stating his company policy per the contract was not liable. He was extremely unprofessional to work with and I would never recommend this company for any reason.
