I would recommend them, they basically told us what they're going to do, we signed a contract, they did it, they cleaned up after themselves, and we paid them.

When we called for an estimate to replace some screening on our pool enclosure, we feared we'd be told that many panels needed replacement. Jason Lewis (president) said only a few actually needed to be replaced--that if we wanted, the others could be replaced  for cosmetic reasons, but were still in good shape structurally. He gave a reasonable estimate, and I said I'd call to set up a time. It took a couple of calls and messages before CSE got back to schedule, but that was due to a mixup, and when we connected, Lewis apologetically explained and set up an appointment, honored in a timely way. The screen repairs were quickly made, and at the same time Lewis provided us w/some money-saving ideas and options for the future (the enclosure has original screen--over a decade old). We feel the work was good and appreciate the combination of careful craftsmanship and ethical business behavior--it feels like too rare an occasion when a person selling a service actually watches out for the customer's interest! Jason and his associate were pleasant to do business with, and we will use them again.
