I first talked with people on the phone and liked what I heard. The process sounded great and so my husband and I took the carpet to them. I should have known something was up as their pick up and delivery fee sounded way too high. They cleaned the carpet and my husband and I went back to get it. We brought it home and unrolled it only to find that the fringe, especially at one end, was now pink. We had to leave for Christmas, but I called and told them what had happened. This person was not kind or friendly or even professional blaming everything on us or the carpet. I told him that the carpet had been cleaned before and there had been no problem. His excuse was that since he didn't clean it the first time it must have been the first cleaners fault. He told me to call when we got back from vacation and he would see what he could do. I called as soon as we returned and somehow (LOL) he said he could do nothing because he couldn't find the ticket where it had been cleaned. I still had his ticket on the carpet, but that was not even acceptable to him since they don't date their tickets. I asked that they come and look at the carpet and pick it up to do repairs, but he refused. I complained that the problem was not our fault and that my husband and I are older and we can't lift the carpet alone. He indicated that wasn't his problem and refused to even come and look at the carpet to see what had happened. WHAT! Personally, I still believe that they washed the carpet and faded it (It is now more pink than red.) and then rolled it up before it was dry causing the rolled end to be much more faded than the other end. End result, he said if I brought the carpet back he would take a look at it, but he wasn't happy about that and wouldn't promise that he would do anything. Are you serious! If I bring a carpet back I would expect that they could do something to correct their mistake and it seems to me that since this is their mistake (the fringe was white before they washed the carpet and the carpet color was red not pink) that they should at the very least come and look at the carpet and with the problem that exists they should have offered free pick up and delivery to fix the fringe. After all the carpet was fine (only dirty) before they cleaned it. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

"Apparently you also spoke with the manager in training that is no longer here !! Everything you wrote about not moving tables to put rugs back where they were before is also completely wrong. Well will ALWAYS move furniture to put or pick up your rug from where it it is or whereever it goes !! Also we only deliver Mondays and Friday and we deliver from South Tampa, Sun City Center, Apollo Beach and ALL OVER ST.PETE. And ONLY Monday and Fridays !! We give you a two hour notice so for you to say you sat around and missed work for two days is clearly your own fault and of your own doing. We pride ourselves on customer service and I know for a fact it is within our job description to help out in anyway possible which is why we not only clean rugs and furniture on site BUT ALSO we bring them to the shop to clean the and DO NOT EXPECT you to put them back yourself, that's what were here for !"
