My HOA hired Sunstate to pressure wash our townhomes over a three day period. Individual homeowners could pay to have their driveway or cement courtyards washed separately, and I agreed to pay $40 to have my courtyard pressure washed. When I came home from work, I found my solar gnome statue and solar light stake that had been in a small garden area between my and my neighbor’s house, both displaced and broken. These items were not in an area that the homeowners had been asked to clear out in preparation for the cleaning. When I sent pictures of the damage to the owner of Sunstate and asked for $10 to be taken off the $40 I agreed to pay for the separate cleaning, he refused and I was told “it happens” and if the statue was valuable to me I should have removed it. I didn’t ask for them to comp out the cost of the courtyard cleaning I didn’t ask them to reimburse me for the full price of the broken items, I just asked for $10 to be taken of the total, which did not seem unreasonable. I cannot recommend a company that is so careless with homeowner’s personal property and so unwilling to acknowledge it.

Friday, July 27th, I did a search of Pressure Washing pros on Angie's List and Nick of Sunstate Pressure Washing called me within 5 minutes of my search. I explained what I needed - we agreed upon a price and he told me he would be at my home on Saturday AM, July 28th to do the work. He was at our home when he said he would be and did an outstanding pressure washing job, over and beyond what we expected. We would hire Nick again.

Nick did an excellent job. He used a rotary pressure washer which resulted in the cleanest sidewalks in the 24 years I've owned my Clearwater Beach home. I would like to hire him now to pressure wash my driveway.

Pressure washed around the entire business that I work for. Sidewalks and the exterior walls of the building look great. Had customers walking in and out, made it convenient for them with caution taping off certain areas. Very respectful to my customers. Very professional and appreciative of a job well done.

Nick and Steve arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. They went above and beyond to complete the job in a professional, efficient and competent manner. Shrubs were covered where applicable when they were doing the gutters and all debris was collected and put into appropriate containers and removed from the premises. We intend to use them for future work and would recommend them to others.

Arrived on time, had all the right equipment, covered sensitive areas with tarps, very thorough in the cleaning, cleaned extra areas and put everything back as it was. They did an incredible job and I would highly recommend them.
