Owner arrived on time with a huge smile and great attitude.  Came into the back yard to see what tools he would need (ie. wheelbarrow, trash containers, dolly) brought everything to the street and loaded into his trailer to haul away.  Great Service and I would HIGHLY recommend this service provider.

Chad is very dependable, he was at my house before 9 am and tried to get through the gate but the guard would not let him in because the phone they called for me was dead. So chad called me and we were able to call the gate to let him in. He was extremely personable and presentable. I would highly recommend him and will definitely keep his card and use him again.

They came to my house on schedule, everything was in the garage waiting. They worked very quickly and had everything loaded on the truck in no time. Overall, they were very nice and got the job done quickly if I ever need any junk removed in the future I would not hesitate to give them a call.

Chad was wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. I tried several times to find someone on Angie's List for a small hauling job but they were either too ridiculously priced or never answered back. Chad responded right away and was very happy to do the job. He called when he was on his way and showed up right when he said he would. All that and he did it with a smile on his face. Very pleased.

Chad and his assistant showed up right on time, made quick (and quiet) work of loading up an enormous pile of carpet, padding, and other remodeling debris including a good bit of very heavy floor tiles. They were friendly and professional and, I know I mentioned it before, but they were also quiet. The quiet part is important because the work was performed in a condo community, pretty early in the morning and these guys were very considerate that there might be folks still sleeping nearby. I bought an Angie's List Deal for their services but even at full price I would have considered it a fair price for the services rendered. Thank you Chad Berry/ Sonic Homes for the excellent work.

Prior to the job, Chad communicated with me through Angie's List. He's fast to respond with clear and concise information. On the day of the job, Chad and his assistant were ahead of schedule, worked quickly, and were in and out like a flash! The shed was extremely close to the house and underneath the roof overhang. They took it down and scrapped it without incident. They were careful about protecting the house and meticulously cleared the bare spot, leaving a nice clean area where it once stood. He knew I was concerned about termites and kept an eye for any obvious signs to report back to me.
I wish I had more junk Chad could haul off. He's professional, personable, easy to work with and does a great job. What more could you ask for?

Our experience with Sonic Homes was just what we want and expect from providers but very seldom receive.  They showed up as promised, went right to work, were very pleasant to us and got the job done fast and we were elated!  They had to deal with a bunch of black ants but approached the situation with a can do attitude and did not grumble.  If we have any large items to be disposed of in the future, we will call them back.  True professionals.

It went great!  I could have not been more pleased.  They were on time and completed the initial task quickly.  Once we had that done they assisted with the palm fronds and removing the two smaller trees - both were out of the scope of what I had initially discussed. Chad was very flexible and was conscientious of both my time and my cost. I definitely will use again.
