+ -1 moreThe overall grade would be an A if he had told me as he was installing the microwave that because I didn't have a vent I needed to purchase something else. So, the vent in the microwave that is supposed to get rid of the smoke from the frying, it just blows it right in my face. It doesn't have any kind of filter or anything. There was a piece of equipment that I should have had here and I didn't know about it until too late. So, they just installed it. You know, Sears is pretty good on pricing; they have been going out of business for the last 10 years. I didn't find out I needed it until later and he did not suggest that I needed anything when he was doing the install.
Description of Work: I bought from Sears, a new stove and microwave when I was working on the kitchen.
