After the results came in he was very thorough in reporting to us the concerns and the actions that we could take. Fortunately, it wasn't in need of major remediation and we could do a lot of it ourselves. Then, knowing that the mold had been caused by a roof leak, we wanted to remove the wall cabinets to get to the soffits which had suffered water damage. Since the cabinets were old and not in great shape, we decided to replace them once they came down. Darren sent out some of his crew to demo the kitchen and treat any new mold found. They were punctual, efficient, and thorough! They carried off all the debris from the demo as well.
He also rented us an air scrubber and a hydroxyl machine to clean the air in the apartment, which had a heavy and unpleasant odor from years of heavy smoking. He was so incredibly helpful and professional and we would recommend him to anyone dealing with air quality or mold issues!
