It took a few times going back and forth about what I wanted. Eric did not visit my house to make the design. I was not happy with the original design, and Eric agreed to make changes free-of-charge. The general contractor has started and I'm happy with the designs . I recommend G2 Design LLC.

We bought a small bungalow in need of major renovation in a historical high end community. Our thoughts were to renovate and expand the home to modern family needs, while keeping the historical charm of the original structure. We knew what we wanted, but were struggling to put our ideas into a cohesive plan. We brought G2 into the project, and were very pleased with the results. G2's excellent communication and collaboration through our entire design process was incredibly helpful. G2's knowledge and experience was applied our design ideas that we were able to build upon, which saved us from having to start from scratch. Our project location had strict code requirements, G2 was able to guide us through the codes and finalize documents that were viewed favorably by city review boards. They are professional, efficient, and above all easy to work with. I would highly recommend G2 Design.

The design of the addition went very well with very few snags. Eric made a couple of visits to our home and discussed the many options available to build our custom addition. He went over aesthetics, cost options, materials, etc. When the construction began, he answered questions from the contractor about the design. He also inspected the construction, as part of an additional service, and provided detailed reports to the building contractor about items that were missing or not done correctly per plan. Overall, we are pleased with the design and feel that it enhances our home in both appearance and functionality. G2 gets our recommendation without hesitation.

After I signed off on the drawings Eric went with me to the supply house to pick out tile, flooring and accents. As the project went along we had to call Eric to ask exactly what he wanted for this or that and he would explain. The bathroom is done and is beautiful. It is a 5 Star Master Bath!!! We are meeting Monday to go over the backyard that they will be starting soon with the contractors, pool people to make final decisions there. Since this is the first time I've ever done this big of a job there are so many decisions to make that Eric has been there either in person, by phone or email to help me. I have no clue what the procedure is with this type of job so he helps keep things straight for me. I'm excited to have the backyard done and see how Eric turned an ugly backyard into a show place!!! I want to enjoy it and to have my friends over to enjoy also. I would recommend G2 Designs for any of your building or remodeling projects. Eric is on top of the new trends and really knows the business. He is very professional, trusting and realiable which in his business that is important.

I am thoroughly impressed with Eric's architectural knowledge but I'm equally impressed with his knowledge of local building codes and permit information....an important combination. The breadth of his knowledge and understanding makes me feel very confident in the fine architectural renderings he and Johanna provided me in a timely manner and at a decent price. I highly recommend hiring G2 Design. They are great people who are great at what they do. Don't let your new addition, new home, or remodeling project begin without talking to G2 Design first. I really mean it.

I chose another architect/designer who is charging the same amount. Since we are using someone else, I can't vouch for his actual service, but he seems very competent.

We met with Eric to review the details of our project and he listened to what we wanted. He came up with some great suggestions that made the project easier to build and saved us money with the builder. Eric suggested some contractors for us to interview and we found one that we loved. Eric worked with the builder throughout the process if there was any challenges they worked together to quickly come up with a remedy. I really enjoyed working with Eric and cant wait to get our next project started. Thank you Eric (G2 Design)!

We had G2 Design (Eric) prepare plans for a home addition that we are in the process of building. We had spent quite a while planning the addition ahead of time and had detailed specs that we walked through with Eric in our original meeting. Eric did a great job of turning those specs into a preliminary set of plans. We had a number of small modifications and questions that we requested along the way, and Eric was very accomodating - quickly incorporating those changes into the plans and providing clarification where necessary. We used the preliminary set of plans help us request bids with general contractors, and recently signed a contract with a contractor. We were very happy with the final plans and our overall experience working with G2 Design. While the addition is not yet completed, we are very confident that the end product will meet our needs given the high quality work and detail in the plans. We would definitely recommend G2 Design to others considering similar projects!

Eric showed up on time for our appointment, to which I was 15 minutes late. Eric was very professional and provided a detailed quote of what would be included in his services. Eric was timely with first, revised and final drawings, and with answering my many questions via phone and email. The new kitchen location will make this a much nicer home to live in and entertain in. I will use Eric again, and I definitely recommend Eric and G2Design to anyone thinking about renovating their home and wondering how the floor plan could be improved and modernized. n

Eric was and is professional, on time and worked wonders with our expectations. The overall design came out exceeding our expectations. Throughout the construction process we elected to pay Eric to visit the construction site to oversee the process to ensure that we would not have any problems in the future. Eric explained to my husband and I certain things that would work and flow well and others that would not. We could see very clear after the project was complete that he was spot on. Communication was excellent. Email was our preferred method and Eric would always get back to our questions no later than the following day. I would recommend Eric to anyone!
