Denys was really professional. I am very pleased with his work, as my sofa started to look like new! It completely removed old greasy marks from food, wine, my cat's urine and even the smell of urine! I highly recommend it, as I thought it wouldn't go away, regular deodorants from Walmart didn't help, unfortunately. The man has some small problems with English, as he said, he is in the process of learning our language, however, he was very respectful and it did not affect his work in any way. On the spot after work, we already discussed all the details and I agreed with him on the next cleaning of my chairs and carpets in the bedroom and living room, Denys also kindly gave me a discount for the next cleaning) I would highly recommend hiring him to professionally clean your soft and even leather furniture and carpets, the prices are reasonable and they can even give you a discount.
