Professional and punctual.  Completed job as promised.   I would recommend this company to others.

This was a big job, 3-story home. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The workers arrived early every day and worked the entire time they were here. In all it took a week to do the job. They were careful to protect my property as well as my neighbors property while they were working. The workers were friendly and accommodating.

THE WORST. First, interior walls where wallpaper was stripped was not done well. Three months later can see glue, paper marks, lumps, bumps, indents and it looks terrible. Second, on the exterior wood repair I caught the painter using interior putty for an exterior repair. When the putty got wet it puffed up like a marshmallows. Three months later I need to repair and repaint again. NOW THE WORST PART, the painter used my Corian kitchen sink to clean his paint tools and brushes and RUINED the finish on my sink.... estimated cost to repair (0) can only be replaced to the cost of $thousands (sink and countertop all one piece). This company was referred by neighbors... I would NOT recommend this company.

Inadequate prep work. Peeling and blistering paint not removed. Very little if any sanding done. Sealer sprayed everywhere including runs and over spray onto windows we are still trying to remove. Paint onto windows which we are still trying to get off. Paint (blue/gray) splattered/over sprayed onto virtually all white window frames. Had to spend a full day with painter trying to get him to paint the areas he had missed, which were considerable. Paint dripped/splattered on deck surface. Most surfaces didn't receive full two coats plus sealer. Crew left multiple tools including extension ladder, none of which they ever returned for. No crew foreman. All painters seem to be day-labor pick-ups. No follow-up by Riley or a manager at end of job. Landscaping including exotic plants trampled purposely by one of the painters who declared, "it is like Africa under these window". I expect I will need to have exterior repainted within 2-3 years. I received a problematic $1,000.00 job.

BILL IS A GOOD GUY, BUT THE WORKERS HE HAS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
