A.B. Schrader Engineers Ltd. has specialized in building restoration, repair of construction defects and investigation of moisture intrusion. We service the Tampa Bay area including Clearwater and St. Petersburg, extending to Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee and Polk Counties. We perform all manner of building inspections, evaluations, and construction oversight. We focus on immediate response times: where other engineers may take four to six weeks to produce a report or analysis, we take one to two. And the standing office rule is that “all calls are returned before the sun goes down.” The part of our business that gets the most positive responses, however, is for what we don’t do. We don’t pull out a stopwatch to charge for our time when answering your emails. We don’t bill you when you call to ask a simple question about your project. There’s an important difference between cost and value, and we focus on the latter. We help commercial as well as residential properties, and specialize in condominiums and homeowner's associations.
