Showed up on time, fixed and replaced what was needed. Very reasonably priced.

He is not easy to get a hold of. Several times when I called I got his voicemail which was full and unable to leave a message. When I finally talked to him and explained I was in Illinois but my home in FL had a broken sprinkler system I needed looked at. He said he would go look at it the following weekend and let me know. We never heard back from him. After several more attempts to call him he said he had looked at it but we needed to remove the surround from the pump for him to do anything. It would have been nice to have him call and tell us that the week he was there.

He seemed like a veteran and like he knew what he was doing. He did the job as promised and everything works. He seemed like a fairly personable guy.

Charlie was quick to respond to my call.I explained that I had an old well pump that wasn't working, and didn't know if the well had water in it. I wanted to use the well water to water my lawn. Charlie took the old pump out (not an easy task, it was old and needed to be sawed out,) primed the test pump and got the water flowing! He had good suggestions regarding purchase of a new pump and offered to assist with that as well. He was quick, courteous and professional. He's a real pro and I will definitely be calling him again.

Would definitely use again. My first experience with this company, and Charlie was courteous, professional, and timely. Oh, and reasonably priced too!

Charlie came out on of all days, his Birthday to help me out and not let my Empire Zoysia grass runs die that were turning brown because of the issues. He was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing to solve the problems in short order. I would definitely call Charlie again.

Since I ordered my service s on line, Charlie (the owner) got in touch with me immediately and kept in touch about when he would be coming to do the work. He worked on my schedule, not his which you don't see much anymore. Charlie and his partner did an AMAZING job with my yard, making it look absolutely terrible from what the builder did to beautiful, bright, and fresh. I now think of my yard as being the envy of the neighborhood rather than being embarrassed. He also educated me on how to keep my lawn healthy and gave me ideas as I didn't know a thing about what to do. He really knows what he's doing! As far as the individual who gave a negative review, all I've got to say is there are some people who will be miserable regardless of what you do for them, it's just sad that they try to take good people along with them. Charlie is one of the good ones and I highly recommend his services to anyone. As a matter of fact, my parents just moved here and I have a feeling they will be utilizing his services soon!
