About us
I have no employees and as such I will be the only person to perform the wind mitigation inspection at your home. I am fully licensed by the State of Florida (RR0029019) to perform a wind mitigation inspection. It usually takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete the inspection process and when finished I hand you the required (4) page wind mitigation inspection report. The cost for inspection is $130.00 which is due and payable by personal check or cash once I have handed you the completed wind mitigation form.

Randy was very responsive to setup a time that was convenient for us. He clearly described what he would do, how long it would take and the cost. He arrived within the 30-minute window he gave us and did the work quickly. He was very helpful in describing what steps we need to take to submit it to our insurance.

"I keep a copy of the wind mitigation report's that I do for every job I've ever done. I looked through my 2014 folder and do not find a report for this name or address that was done on that day and month. I have never charged anyone $155.00 to do a report as well. I invite the reviewer to contact me right away at 407-892-9661 to provide me with any information she may have to prove that I did a wind mitigation inspection on her home. Otherwise, I respectfully request that the review is removed from Angie's List since I have no record of ever doing a wind mitigation report for this person and address. Randy Cooper"

Randy was timely and did everything he told me he was going to do. He was very professional and had done research prior to coming to the house on proper permits being pulled. He filled out as much of the paperwork prior making it convenient for me time wise. He did take the time to explain time frames that this inspection covered and the importance of getting it to our insurance company. I would highly recommend him.
